IMEG provided plumbing design of Haggin Hall student housing at the University of Kentucky as part of a design-build team. Project design included sanitary, storm, and domestic water design.

The facility was constructed due to the need for additional student housing at the university as well as revitalizing the core of the campus. The five-story, 154,000-sf dormitory consists of 12,000-sf for dining, multipurpose rooms, and classrooms. The dorm has 396 beds in 163 units (single and double occupancy), all with private bedrooms.

This project achieved LEED Silver and included geothermal heating and cooling.
