IMEG has provided engineering services for multiple projects at Advocate Healthcare locations as part of a large-scale service expansion to increase services to non-hospital outpatient facilities. Typical projects consisted of new medical office buildings and clinics, and renovating portions of existing medical and non-medical buildings to house new clinics.

Projects ranged in size from less than 10,000-sf tenant infills to a 75,000-sf new MOB. A common integrated project team (IPD) of owner/design team/contractors designed and built each facility using standardized design and construction methods.
