The project: Atlantec Engineers, now IMEG, created construction documents to detail the replacement of existing HVAC, electrical, and pool lights.

Project amenities: The existing Millbrook Exchange Park Pool includes an indoor 25-yard lap pool and an outdoor wading pool and offers numerous programs in addition to open swim to locals year-round.

Design approach: Atlantec Engineers, now IMEG, provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services to support the replacement of existing systems. The design included a new fire indirect gas heating unit with new fabric ductwork, new LED luminaries to replace the existing HID pool lights, new panel for the building’s exterior replacing the existing panel located in the pool equipment room, and a new fire alarm panel and all notification and initiating devices were replaced.

Project outcome: The upgrades resulted in a modernized facility with improved efficiency, enhanced safety features, and upgraded infrastructure, demonstrating the prioritization of consumer protection and client satisfaction.
