This 310-417-sf, nine-story mixed-use development consists of eight floors of residential apartments containing 229 units over 21,622-sf of ground floor retail and a basement-level parking garage for 165 cars. A filigree concrete structural system was utilized for the building’s superstructure. Green roofs are provided on several roof levels of the building.

The north side of the building has the building’s vehicular porte-cochere and the speed ramp down to the valet operated parking garage. The garage utilizes 78 mechanical stackers to fit the maximum amount of parking spaces within the basement’s 36,528-sf footprint.
