Reaching beyond the status quo

IMEG has pushed the envelope in HVAC design and sustainability as demonstrated by our many “firsts” and award recognitions. With all the combined infrastructure systems – accounting for nearly half of a building’s design – our mechanical engineers have an opportunity to significantly contribute to the operational outcomes of a facility.

We are the recipient of three international ASHRAE Society Technology awards – the highest award in the mechanical engineering field – for innovation and sustainability. IMEG leadership is an ASHRAE 90.1 voting member and participated in the development of ASHRAE 90.1 energy standards – requiring a 30% increase in energy efficiency and the basis for nearly all energy codes in the U.S.
