Saint Francis Health System has completed a multi-year $357 million expansion at Saint Francis Hospital South, marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating increased access to care for south Tulsa and surrounding communities.  

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for the project. 

 The expansion adds 283,600-sf of new construction and 51,000-sf of renovated clinical space, nearly doubling hospital capacity to 194 inpatient beds. Improvements include new operating rooms—bringing the total to 14—expanded critical, progressive, and medical-surgical care units, enhanced imaging with additional CT and MRI machines, and upgraded cardiology and orthopedic services. Public-facing amenities include a larger lobby and chapel, new dining options, and more parking.
