End–user focused design

The patient and family healthcare journey starts when they leave their home and continues even after they return. Throughout this journey patients must be digitally connected with their care providers and their supporting interoperable health systems. Each step along the way depends on healthcare information that engages and connects the patient, family members, visitors, caregivers, support staff, and healthcare vendors — ultimately enabling the delivery of safe and high-quality patient care.

Recognizing the importance of this connectivity, IMEG brings a holistic and collaborative multi-disciplinary design approach to healthcare information technology (HIT)— from program expertise to technology design to medical equipment planning.
